             Tabata station was built at the northern hilly end of Yanaka, Taito. Many pilgrims  use this station as their starting point to visit the seven temples of the Seven Gods of Fortune along the path that ends at the Shinobazu Pond of Ueno Park. To start the tour walk up the stairs to the South Exit.
